Zillions Magazine Music Review

"Dwayna Litz turns heartbreak into horsepower with a fierce new single, "Stayin' Gone." a foot-stomping, soul-powered assertion of independence and lands like a long-delayed exhale. 'Litz doesn't just sing about walking away. She kicks down the door with fire in her step and clarity in her voice. Co-produced with the great Tim Crouch, who also contributes some blistering fiddle and guitar, "Stayin' Gone" resonates with lyrical bite and muscle...Litz leads us to what's distinctive about "Stayin' Gone: “ It’s attitude. It's a feel-good anthem for anyone who's ever had to stretch out of an unhealthy love and needed a soundtrack for the ride. It's not bitter, just better. Dwayna Litz isn't one to get stuck in the what-ifs. She sheathes her story in grit and a groove, peeling out toward a smarter, freer tomorrow."

Worldwide Airplay for "Stayin' Gone" by Dwayna Litz

"I AM THANKFUL that all of this is happening with no publicist (though I have a great one when I need her) and no major record label, and my latest song, “Stayin’ Gone,” is getting played all over the world! I am just so grateful for every playlist and podcast where I have been added. I am honored and thankful for every review and magazine article that is featuring my song. It is being played now on Spotify and FM stations throughout the UK, Chile, Italy, NYC and the US, the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

I just wanted to see how much I could get going with this song “on my own,” but I am not at all on my own with these amazing curators in music and journalists from America to all over the world.

I thank Radio Caviar in Spain and all of the people who are sharing my music. This inspires me to keep writing music from my heart…I am trying to stay organized but can barely keep up, as I try to thank everyone by email. I’m honored. More quotes from magazine articles and interviews soon to come."

Here is the latest review for Dwayna's new single,"Stayin' Gone."

"From the opening bars, 'Stayin' Gone' lets you know it bangs with conviction, and Dwayna's vocal combines sass and soul seamlessly with a tempo that charges ahead. She's clearly leaving the way she wants, and her delivery leaves no doubt.." --Landon Buford

Dwayna Litz Music

Singer Songwriter Dwayna Litz writes and releases “Stayin’ Gone” --a driving, country single filled with attitude. Recorded at the famous Ronnie’s Place on Music Row in Nashville, Dwayna co-produced it with famed fiddle player and arranger, Tim Crouch. It evolved into a sound all its own, appealing to audiences from soulful country to rock, thanks to musicians: Steve Brewster on drums/ Tim Crouch on guitars, fiddle/Jeff Taylor on piano/James Mitchell on electric guitars, and Duncan Mullins on bass; recording engineer -Nick Autry; Nathan and Suzanne Young on background vocals; mixed by Billy Decker, and graphics by nSpire Design Solutions. It begins with the lyric, “How many times have I told you goodbye?” It’s a feel good, song that trophies strength in being true to one’s self, giving up that addictive kind of love that is “on and off the ride,” with a smarter future now, after just enough hurt to finally be “stayin’ gone.”
